Kundali Bhagya: Anupamaa Actor Paras Kalnawat And Sana Sayyad Roped In To Play Lead Roles After Leap?
As per the latest buzz, Paras Kalnawat and Sana Sayyad have been finalized to play lead roles in Kundali Bhagya
Ekta Kapoor’s daily soap ‘Kundali Bhagya’ is one of the most popular and loved shows on Indian television. The show has recently witnessed a leap with makers introducing new characters and making the storyline more engaging. As per the latest reports, Anupamaa fame actor Paras Kalnawat and actress Sana Sayyad might play the lead roles in the show post the leap. Yes, you read that right! Not just them even Sumbul Touqueer of Imlie fame is rumoured to join the show.
According to a report in Bollywoodlife, Paras and Sana are likely to join the cast of Kundali Bhagya in the upcoming episodes. However, they are yet to confirm the news. For the unversed, Paras is widely known for playing the role of Samar in Anupamaa. Last year, he made headlines after he was ousted from Rajan Shahi’s show for joining Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10. On the other hand, Sana is best known for her portrayal of Drishti Sharma Shergill in the Colors TV show ‘Spy Bahu.’ Meanwhile talking about the show, Kundali Bhagya, which is a spin-off series of Kumkum Bhagya, premiered on 12 July 2017 on Zee TV. It stars Shraddha Arya, Manit Joura, Ruhi Chaturvedi, Sanjay Gagnani and Shakti Arora. Last year, Shakti joined the show as he replaced Dheeraj Dhoopar.
In an earlier interview with India Forums, Arora spoke about joining Kundali Bhagya and said he feels incredibly blessed to be part of the show that the public adores and appreciates so much. He said, “I hope I can live up to the expectations and responsibilities that come with stepping into a show as popular as Kundali Bhagya. My character, Arjun, has some grey shades and he is someone who wants to create trouble for Preeta and the Luthras. Having said that, I feel he has a lot of layers that the viewers will understand as the story progresses, and I am sure the role will be a great challenge for me. It is the kind of role that I have not played till now, and I hope that my fans will enjoy watching me in this new avatar and character.”
